Just some random thoughts, felt like posting them.

Run today was not good at all. Disappointed with myself. Kept on walking throughout my 10km. My current aim would be to cover 10km in under 1 hour.

Feel like doing a gratitude post today, but not really sure who to include in my post if I were to do so. Shall put the idea on hold then.
